The Bond Building was a total exterior renovation for a building originally built in 1920. It has twelve inch wide load bearing brick walls. We took down the existing walls and rebuilt per old photographs. The second story interior offices all have exposed brick.

Terra Cotta Cornice Replacement and Repair

Lake County Courthouse was originally built in 1922. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We replaced the original terra cotta cornice at the fifth story level. The terra cotta was manufactured by Boston Valley of Orange Park, New York. Their represenitives were on site to hand draw and measure original terra cotta for replacement.
This project won first place in the special features category at the Masonry Association of Florida convention in 2011.
